Welcome to Animus Technologies LLC (“Animus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our proprietary AI models, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). 4.1 License Grant: Subject to these Terms, Animus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for your internal business purposes.
4.2 Restrictions: You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
- Sell, resell, rent, lease, or distribute the Services
- Use the Services to develop competing products or services
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Ownership: Animus retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property rights. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Animus’s trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features.
5.2 Your Content: You retain your rights to any Input you submit to the Services. By submitting Input, you grant Animus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your Input solely to provide and improve the Services.
5.3 Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all rights to the Outputs generated by our Services based on your Input. However, you may not represent that the Outputs were human-generated or obfuscate that they were created using Animus’s Services.

You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Not use the Services to generate harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems

8. Confidentiality

9.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANIMUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animus, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term: These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or Animus.
11.2 Termination: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate these Terms by discontinuing use of our Services.
12. Changes to Terms or Services
We may modify these Terms or our Services at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms or the Services at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
